Welcome to Scenic River Prairie
A Living Preserve Along the Little Miami River

Scenic River Prairie is a 105-acre nature preserve devoted to restoring Ohio’s native landscapes and protecting the natural and cultural heritage of the Little Miami River valley.

Through stewardship and education, we are creating a thriving refuge for native plants, pollinators, and wildlife, and fostering a lasting appreciation for the land that sustains us all.

Across the preserve, meadows, young forests, and wetlands are actively being restored with native trees and wildflowers once common in this region. Ongoing habitat work and seasonal restoration projects support biodiversity and serve as a living example of conservation in action.

The preserve is actively managed for restoration and conservation purposes and is not open for general public access.

Our nature center building is not yet open as we continue to complete final systems and plan for future educational use.

Entry is not permitted unless explicitly authorized or posted as open for a specific program or event.
